Biography
Amy Kirby, MSW, LCSW
Amy Kirby serves as the Lead Counselor/Clinical Supervisor for the Milwaukee Young Parenthood Study (MYPS), providing co-parenting counseling to adolescent and young adult expectant parents and supporting other training and research efforts of the study. Ms. Kirby has extensive experience as a social worker, clinician and supervisor with youth and families in a variety of settings within the Milwaukee community. She has also served as an adjunct instructor with the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM). Ms. Kirby holds a Master of Social Work degree with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from UWM, and is a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Wisconsin.
