Catalog of Initiatives Addressing Disparities in Birth Outcomes in Wisconsin
The Center for Urban Population Health has identified Infant and Maternal Health as one of its three special focus areas. The Center is specifically focusing on the problem of infant mortality and disparities in birth outcomes in Wisconsin. As the Center began collaborating with stakeholders, it became apparent that many of them were working on different levels of this issue, and that a comprehensive information source of activities might be beneficial to build collaborations and improve communications among stakeholders.
To provide a reference for individuals and groups interested in identifying opportunities for collaborations in areas of common interest.
Information was collected using publicly available databases and websites, as well as from information provided by individuals and organizational representatives.
