A native of Milwaukee, Pat Batemon has over 20 years of progressive experience in the non-profit field working directly and organizationally with diverse groups and underserved populations. She has considerable expertise in the field of program evaluation, project management and leadership development. She has worked extensively on issues impacting the Milwaukee community such as domestic violence, aging, housing and the challenges of fatherhood. Pat’s work has also involved improving child care, health and safety; increasing successful alcohol and drug treatment outcomes, and researching the prevention of teen motherhood and adolescent tobacco use. Ms. Batemon holds a M.S. degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
