As part of the Center's mission of advancing population health research and education to improve the health of urban communities, it strives to serve as a conduit for communication among community and academic partners working in population health.
To this end, the Center for Urban Population Health would like to offer an additional resource in sharing and communicating population health related public events. The Center has updated its website to allow you to post and share your events with others interested in population and public health in region.
Suggest an Event
Events can include conferences, workshops, lecture series open to the public and town hall type meetings. The process is simple, go to www.cuph.org and select the Event title in the left hand navigation bar and select the Suggest an Event title. From this page you will be able to download a basic form that can be completed and either emailed or faxed to the Center. Within 24 hours your event will be up and live on the page.
Quick and Easy Way to Share
Once uploaded, your event and its details will be posted on the Event page. Your event will have its own page. You can simply copy the URL from your event page and email the link to your potential participants. This will provide an additional interactive web presence for your event.
Instant Map and Directions
On your event page, your participants will be able to view a map of the event location and directly get directions from their location. Getting to an event and completing mileage/expense reports has never been easier.
