The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health Oversight and Advisory Committee (OAC) announced the availability of grants through the Community-Academic Partnership Fund to promote the goals of Wisconsin's health plan, Healthiest Wisconsin 2020, and the Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles of The Wisconsin Partnership Program. Interested applicants are invited to download the complete 2010 Request for Partnerships (RfP) application at the program web site.
The Wisconsin Partnership Program features two types of grants administered through the Community-Academic Partnership Fund program: Collaboration Development Grants and Collaboration Implementation Grants. These grant funds are designed to support Wisconsin-based projects that develop strong community-academic partnerships specifically focused on health promotion, disease prevention, health policy and health disparities by addressing the priorities of Healthiest Wisconsin 2020 and the Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles of The Wisconsin Partnership Program.
