   A survey of the Milwaukee area to obtain the level of need and prevalence of CSHCN in the City of Milwaukee.

   Focus groups to identify predictors of negative health outcomes and patient dissatisfaction.

4. Health Disparities in Milwaukee by Socioeconomic Status

   Analysis of health disparities in Milwaukee by ZIP code and socioeconomic status.

5. Health Information Improvement Project (HIIP)

   Project to assess the general health and health risks of Milwaukee school children.

6. Milwaukee Homicide Review Needs Assessment

   Subcontract to assess the needs of criminal justice system agencies around sharing data to prevent and control crime.

The Center for Urban Population Health, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a collaboration of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and Aurora Health Care, Inc. that advances population health research and education to improve the health or urban communities.
